[HealthyTribes] FW: Alert to a change in the method for requesting HPCDP data and evaluation support

Dear Colleagues,

The purpose of this email is to alert you to an upcoming change in HPCDP's system for receiving grantee requests for special data analyses and technical assistance for local evaluation activities.

On August 1st, we will switch to an online request system called "HPCDP Online Data and Evaluation Request System". The online system will REPLACE the LETARF and SDARF forms that are currently submitted to the analysis team via your liaisons.

Please note that grantees will still need to discuss requests for data analysis and technical assistance with their liaisons prior to submitting them online.

You will receive additional information about the online request system, as well as the link to access it, in a later email. We will also post additional information and the link on HPCDP Connection in late July.
