Hello Tribal TPEP Coordinators,

I am sending you this link<http://doodle.com/poll/ht98xap9553uqsce> to a doodle poll to help up plan for hotel rooms for Grantees and Contractors and Place Matters 2016. The two conferences will occur over three days, October 4th through 6th. Due to the way we plan to wrap Grantees and Contractors around Place Matters, HPCDP will be paying for your hotel room for all three nights and you will only be responsible for incidental charges.  If you need to stay an additional night due to distance traveled and will not have the budget to cover it, please consult with your liaison about options. On this poll, please indicate all nights you expect to need a room. Please remember that if you are within 70 miles of Portland, we are not able to cover your room due to state travel policies. If you would like Rosalie to reserve you a room that you will be responsible for, you may contact her directly by email to request a reservation.

This is a preliminary headcount only. Once we have the room block secured, we will send out the registration link and confirm your reservations, as usual. More information about plans for the conferences will be coming your way soon. Stay tuned!
