Hello Coordinators!

This is a brief announcement to let you know that the materials and resources provided at the recent Health Equity and Tobacco Prevention training in Hood River have now been posted on HPCDP Connection, here: https://partners.health.oregon.gov/Partners/HPCDPConnection/Training_Events/Pages/regional_in-person_trainings.aspx

These materials include a set of posters that form a Health Equity oriented Tobacco Timeline that may be useful to you for future presentation as well some data on diversity and tobacco use around the state. These are Regional Health Equity Coalition data maps on diversity in Oregon and coverage of Regional Health Equity Coalitions currently funded by HPCDP in partnership with the OHA Office of Equity and Inclusion.
