[HealthyTribes] Introducing Jordana Leeb

Hello,

I am pleased to announce that Jordana Leeb has joined the Health Promotion and Chronic Disease Prevention section as a Community Programs Liaison.

Jordana comes to OHA from DHS where she worked for 6 years as the Volunteer Coordinator placing interns and volunteers in all of the DHS offices in Multnomah County, as well as coordinating several projects with community partners. In addition to her job duties, she served as the Wellness Co-Chair for the district and coordinated quarterly meetings with wellness representatives from each of the DHS offices, brought in wellness-related speakers, facilitated district-wide wellness events and helped advocate for staff around wellness-related issues. She became increasingly interested in working more closely with Public Health, which brought her to the position of Community Programs Liaison. Before DHS, Jordana worked in rural community development and holds a Master's Degree in Community and Regional Planning from the University of Oregon. Outside of work, Jordana most enjoys spending time in nature - hiking and biking, as well as practicing yoga. She is excited to join the HPCDP Team.
