[HealthyTribes] Quit Line Informational Calls

HPCDP is coordinating with OPTUM, the Oregon Tobacco Quit Line contractor, to provide informational calls on the Quit Line. These calls will offer an overview of Quit Line services and information about processes for closed loop referrals to the Quit Line. An invitation to participate in these calls is also being distributed to CCOs.
