Dear TPEP Coordinators:
We've received lots of interest in the metal tobacco-free school signs. We still have signs in Spanish, but the English signs are now out of stock. Here's what is still available after taking into account the orders that we're filling today:
Sign #2 = 76
Sign #4 = 16
Sign #6 = 34
Please contact your HPCDP liaison with any questions or to place an order for any of the remaining Spanish-language signs.
Thanks,
Andrew

Subject: Tobacco Free Zone Signs Available

Dear TPEP Coordinators:

HPCDP has a limited quantity of metal tobacco-free school signs that we'd like to clear out of our office for local use or recycling. The attached document contains images and a description of each of the seven signs, as well as the quantities available. Signs # 3 and #4 are appropriate for use on K-12 school grounds; other signs may need modification for use on school grounds or to implement tobacco-free policies in other settings. For organizations with limited resources, working with a printer to produce stickers to customize signs may be cheaper than producing new signs. (Please consult with your liaison before using TPEP grant funds on signs if that's not already in your approved TPEP budget.)

If you'd like to request any of these signs, please send an email to your liaison by end of day December 16th specifying which ones you'd like (sign # from the attached file) and the quantity of each that you're requesting. Because our inventory is limited, we will fill requests in the order that they're received. We're not able to ship the signs, so you'll need to pick them up in Portland, or we can possibly hold them for you until we see you at a future meeting or training.

Please contact your HPCDP liaison with any questions or to place an order for signs.

Thanks,
Andrew
