Intent to Apply forms for Step it Up! Survivors are due in one week! This statewide effort aims to support Oregon communities to increase physical activity among cancer survivors and their friends and family by implementing an evidence-based walking program.  Each organization is eligible to submit one Intent to Apply form.

Due Date: To be considered for funding, applicants must submit an Intent to Apply form by noon on Tuesday, December 12, 2017.  Full proposals for up to $15,000 are due on January 12, 2018.
