Good afternoon,
Today, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration launched a series of educational videos, "Chemicals in Cigarettes: From Plant to Product to Puff<http://go.usa.gov/x9sRE>."  The videos inform consumers about the chemicals that are present at every stage of a cigarette's development, taking the audience through the lifecycle of a cigarette from the growth of the plant to the manufacturing of the cigarette to the actual lighting of the cigarette. The website and accompanying videos paint a picture of the toxicity of cigarettes while instilling in consumers the knowledge that some chemicals in cigarettes already exist in the tobacco plant itself.

To accompany the website and videos, FDA created social media content for our stakeholders along with graphic images that we encourage you to share with your networks.
