[HealthyTribes] New county BRFSS data now available

Hello,

The Health Promotion and Chronic Disease Prevention section of the Oregon Public Health Division is pleased to announce that new county-level information related to chronic diseases, health risk and protective factors, and tobacco use are available online at https://public.health.oregon.gov/DiseasesConditions/ChronicDisease/DataReports/Pages/CountyData.aspx.

The information found on this website includes the updated county-level from the Behavioral Risk Factors Surveillance System (BRFSS) county combined 2012-2015 dataset, as well as Oregon Healthy Teens, Student Wellness Survey, Cancer Registry, Self-Management and Hospitalization information.
