[HealthyTribes] Updated data on the HPCDP Chronic Disease data page now available

Hello Grantees,

The Health Promotion and Chronic Disease Prevention section is pleased to announce that we have updated many of our web tables and added additional tables. You can find these web tables at the following address:

https://www.oregon.gov/oha/ph/diseasesconditions/chronicdisease/datareports/pages/index.aspx

Summary of updates include:

  *   Under Adult Data the annual Behavioral Risk Factors Surveillance System (BRFSS) web tables have been updated for 2017 and the trends web tables have been updated from 2010-2017.
  *   Under the Healthcare data the
     *   Hospital web tables are updated to 2017.
     *   NEW never seen before web tables for Emergency department visits in 2017.
  *   Under the Cost of Chronic Disease the cost of hospitalizations web table is updated to 2017.

We encourage you to take a look at these updated resources and share with others who might find the information useful.
