Dear Grantees,

The Health Promotion and Chronic Disease Prevention (HPCDP) Section of the Public Health Division is pleased to share information on chronic diseases, risk factors, protective factors and substance use in Oregon by race and ethnicity.

This data comes from three years of annual Oregon Behavioral Risk Factors Surveillance System (BRFSS; 2015-2017) data and is supplemented by a race oversample survey that was conducted in 2015-2016.
