Good afternoon, prevention coordinators.

Smokefree Oregon is running a tobacco cessation campaign this winter to support quit attempts during the New Year's resolution window. To leverage our campaign buy, we developed a toolkit for CCOs to reach CCO members and providers with supportive messages and resources for tobacco cessation. Many of you have heard from me during the process of developing the toolkit and reaching out to CCOs; thank you to those of you who participated in that outreach.

For those of you who work with CCOs or are looking to expand your work, this is an opportunity to encourage them to use the materials to reach their members and providers. Local public health authorities may also use these messages for your social media posts or other health systems collaborations. Our cessation campaign will run through the end of May, so there's plenty of time to put them to use!
