Dear Grantees,

The Health Promotion and Chronic Disease Prevention (HPCDP) Section of the Public Health Division is pleased to share updated county-level information on chronic diseases, risk factors, protective factors and substance use in Oregon.

These data represent four years of combined annual Oregon Behavioral Risk Factors Surveillance System data (BRFSS; 2014-2017). To help with understanding and use of the Oregon BRFSS county data tables, HPCDP is creating a webinar that you can view. A separate email will be sent with a link when the webinar is available.

You can find the BRFSS 2014-2017 county data tables at https://www.oregon.gov/oha/PH/DiseasesConditions/ChronicDisease/DataReports/Pages/index.aspx in the "County Data" portion of the page.
