[HealthyTribes] Student Health Survey website now live

Hello Coordinators,

The new Oregon Student Health Survey (SHS) website is now live!  You can access it at: healthoregon.org/shs<http://healthoregon.org/shs>

As a reminder, the SHS is a collaborative effort with the Oregon Department of Education and will be launched in the Fall of 2020. Results will be available in the Spring of 2021.

On the new website you will find:

  *   The current 6th, 8th, and 11th grade survey questionnaire drafts
  *   Answers to frequently asked questions for students, parents and school administrators
  *   All archived data and reports for the Oregon Healthy Teens (OHT) and Student Wellness Surveys (SWS), and
  *   Resources for students, parents and schools
     *   Updated contact information for ADPEP, TPEP, Tribal and RHEC programs located under "School Resources" will be posted ASAP.

In addition, PHD is continuing to:

  *   Develop and test an online data querying platform that will allow public access to real time cross tabulations of survey results
  *   Work with youth to create informational videos that can be used to help increase participation, and
  *   Increase the number of language translations for questionnaires (in previous years translations were only in English and Spanish).

Thank you for your continued support to schools and districts, as well as your continued interest in data collection efforts in local and Tribal communities.  We will keep you posted on opportunities to provide local support as the survey recruitment process begins in late Spring.  Please do not hesitate to reach out if you have any questions.
