Good Morning All-

Oregon Health Authority (OHA) Tobacco Retail License (TRL) Program has been conducting inspections across the state since July, 2022.  The first Welcome email was sent out to retailers in June, with the plan to send a quarterly bulletin to provide program updates.  As you know, tobacco retailers apply for licenses throughout the year.  Any new retailers who apply for a license will automatically receive this welcome email as a program introduction, and then ongoing communication via our OHA TRL quarterly bulletin.
