Data from the 2018-2021 BRFSS County Combined dataset is now published on the HPCDP Chronic Conditions Data Portal.

  *   On the Chronic Conditions & Risk Factors<https://www.oregon.gov/oha/PH/DISEASESCONDITIONS/CHRONICDISEASE/DATAREPORTS/Pages/Adult-Prevalence.aspx> portion you can get chronic conditions (e.g. COPD, heart disease, diabetes, etc.), risk factors for chronic conditions (prediabetes, high blood cholesterol, high blood pressure, ect.), health screenings (blood sugar test, cancer screenings), and protective factors (health weight, exercise).
  *   On the Alcohol, Cannabis and Tobacco<https://www.oregon.gov/oha/PH/DISEASESCONDITIONS/CHRONICDISEASE/DATAREPORTS/Pages/Substance-use.aspx> portion you can find data on use of these substances.
