Also, if you are requesting a hotel room, you will be asked in your registration to reserve with a credit card number. Although DHS/OHA will be covering hotel rooms for those individuals traveling 70 miles or more to Tigard, you will be charged for your room if you are a no-show for the Forum and do not cancel your reservation within the time stated in the hotel cancellation policy. <o:p></o:p></SPAN></P>
