<P style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt" class=MsoNormal><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: Arial; FONT-SIZE: 10pt">Attached is an op-ed that we have developed for your use. There are places where you can customize it with your local data and wins. We have also included a placeholder for your author's contact information. As it's written, a great author is you or someone within your public health department. If possible, try to keep the op-ed under 500 words and feel free to cut back where you feel it's appropriate once you customize with your local information/data.<o:p></o:p></SPAN></P>
