Realtors are often landlords themselves, they have clients who are landlords and they, especially in smaller communities, know everyone.<o:p></o:p></FONT></FONT></P>

<P style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt" class=MsoNormal><FONT face=Garamond><FONT size=4>Diane Laughter, TPEP contractor for Smokefree Housing, has been working with the Community Associations Institute (CAI), the trade association that serves property managers, board members, and attorneys working with or for condo associations to develop tools recently shared with CAI.<SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </SPAN>Condos will be the next frontier in multi-unit properties. A fall survey of CAI members found that 74% thought no-smoking rules are "desirable for community associations" and they need tools, steps and legal language to move forward. <o:p></o:p></FONT></FONT></P>
