<u>You must fill out and submit the order form by the deadline</u>. If you do not submit an order form by the deadline, we will be printing a basic package of Quit Line materials (for example, 40 posters, 1,000 palmcards) and shipping those materials to you.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

will be able to fund additional print runs to keep you restocked throughout 2012, so please think carefully through what you might need for the next 12 months.
