<p class="MsoNormal">An Arthritis Foundation Exercise Program (AFEP) training has been scheduled for April 14 in Roseburg. Please see the attached flyer for details. Participants of this training will learn to lead AFEP in their local community. Potential
instructors must be CPR certified and have a location to teach at (such as a community center or fitness club, etc.) upon completion of the training. Also attached is information about Walk With Ease, a new walking program from the Arthritis Foundation.
