a temporary community programs support coordinator. The purpose of the Community Programs Support Coordinator is to provide technical expertise and information in support of local program coordinators, local public health agencies and community organizations
to implement interventions at the community and organizational level that promote norms change around tobacco, physical activity and nutrition.

departments and sovereign nations governed by federally recognized tribes. The candidate will also have experience working with evidence-based tobacco prevention, physical activity and nutrition programs focused on policy, environmental and systems changes.
