<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:14.0pt;font-family:"Arial","sans-serif"">I want to inform you of a staffing change that has occurred at HPCDP. After a number of years with HPCDP, as of November 1, 2012, Sarah Bartelmann began an exciting opportunity
with the newly formed Oregon Health Authority Office of Health Analytics. In her new position, she will be coordinating much of that office's work related to CCO metrics. As you may be aware, Sarah excels at and enjoys work that involves the intersections
of public health and health care delivery, as well as program, policy, and data. She will bring her expertise to those intersections as OHA continues with health system transformation.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
