<p class="MsoNormal">I'd like to introduce you to an arthritis exercise program called Fit and Strong!, which is being introduced to Oregon.

<p class="MsoNormal"><o:p> </o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><strong><span style="font-family:"Calibri","sans-serif";font-weight:normal">Fit and Strong! is a low-cost, evidence-based, multiple component exercise program.</span></strong> It combines flexibility, strength training and aerobic walking
with health education for sustained behavior change among older adults with lower extremity osteoarthritis (OA).

is being offered by the Confederated Tribes of the Umatilla Indian Reservation in collaboration with OSU College of Public Health and Human Sciences and the Oregon Health Authority, and is open to Oregon Tribes. <o:p></o:p></p>
