<p class="MsoNormal">There are two upcoming leader training opportunities for the Walk With Ease program. Walk With Ease is a community-based physical activity and self-management education program for those who have arthritis or simply want to walk for better
health. It is conducted in groups led by trained leaders in a structured six-week program. Sessions are held three times a week over the six-week period for a total of 18 sessions.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><o:p> </o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">While most leader trainings for Walk With Ease are conducted online, this is an opportunity for those who wish to complete the training in person to do so. The trainings will take place on September 6 in Portland at the Food Innovation
Center from 9am-1pm, or September 11 at Tuality Health Education Center in Hillsboro.<o:p></o:p></p>
