<p class="MsoNormal">Since January 2014, there have been three opportunities/requests where HPCDP asked TPEP coordinators to contact local offices of state agency and nonprofit organizations to support the efforts of the
<i>Cross Agency Health Improvement Project </i>and <i>Tobacco Education Project for People with Disabilities</i>. The requests include:<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">As a reminder, these activities align with the “Offer” Component of the MPOWER framework in your workplans. The upcoming 2014-2015 TPEP workplan requires that grantees work on these types of activities with local state agency offices.
