<p><span style="font-size:11.0pt;font-family:"Calibri","sans-serif"">Preliminary materials resulting from the Tobacco-free Properties Policy Evaluation in Counties (ToPPEC) are now available on HPCDP Connection on the Tobacco page under “Institutional/Setting-Specific

<p class="MsoNormal">As part of the ToPPEC evaluation project, a policy change model was developed to illustrate the steps that lead to policy adoption and implementation. The policy change model, preliminary evaluation findings, a list of suggested tools for
each policy change stage, and the county and tribal tobacco-free policies map are now posted on HPCDP Connection to help guide the development of local TPEP work plans related to tobacco-free properties policies. The complete ToPPEC evaluation findings and
suggested tools for each policy stage is in process of being finalized and reviewed by the ToPPEC User Panel, and is expected to be posted to HPCDP Connection by spring 2016.
