<p class="MsoNormal">Thanks to generous support from Kaiser Permanente, the HEAL Cities Campaign call for applications is now open. <o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">The grant funding is designed to assist cities in implementing HEAL (Healthy Eating Active Living) policies with a focus on addressing health inequities. All cities that join the HEAL Cities Campaign by August 31, 2016 are eligible to apply.
HEAL Cities Small Grants has a pool of $35,000 and will be disbursed in amounts between $5,000 and $15,000 to up to six (6) cities to implement HEAL policies. <o:p></o:p></p>
