important health risk that should be assessed by healthcare providers. While many states and communities have implemented smoke-free policies, those policies do not apply to tribal lands. Our research findings have relevance to clinicians who treat American
Indian and Alaska Native populations because it helps to characterize why smoke-free policies have not been implemented in tribal lands.<span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif"><o:p></o:p></span></p>
