<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:8.0pt;line-height:106%">This annual meeting is convened by the Health Promotion and Chronic Disease Prevention section of the Oregon Health Authority’s Public Health Division to provide an opportunity to meet together
with grantees and contractors engaged for support of our shared mission. <o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:8.0pt;line-height:106%"><b>The purpose of this meeting is</b> to foster coordination and collaboration among grantees, to share program outcomes and lessons learned, and to provide opportunities for training and technical
assistance in support of policy, systems and environmental change in local communities.

<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:8.0pt;line-height:106%">The 2017 Grantees and Contractors Annual Meeting brings together all local, tribal, and community-based programs working on alcohol, drug and tobacco prevention, chronic disease prevention, and
chronic disease self-management. <o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:8.0pt;line-height:106%">The Grantees and Contractors Annual Meeting
<b>supports the strategic priorities of the Oregon Public Health Division</b> to support health for all Oregonians across the state. These priorities include:<o:p></o:p></p>

<b>share ideas and experiences, celebrate successes and identify opportunities to partner and coordinate</b> in support of improving health, preventing chronic disease, and reducing substance use disorder.
