<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">A series of 4 support calls over a specific window of time, intended to build capacity, awareness and leadership among grantees and HPCDP about different industry tactics within local communities. This community
of practice will occur in June-July 2018.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Communities of Practice support our shared learning and advancing the adoption and implementation of priorities across the state. They are not ongoing groups but provide a forum for sharing information, best
practices, lessons learned and data on a particular focus area. Communities of Practice are learning labs where we work together to develop shared understanding of challenges and opportunities.
