<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">This report is legislatively mandated each biennium. The Tobacco Prevention and Education Program (TPEP) uses this report to provide an overview of TPEP activities, illustrate state and local TPEP accomplishments,
and look ahead to how continued state support for tobacco prevention and cessation will make our communities healthier and safer.

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">In addition to the program report, we have included two inserts: one that describes local tobacco prevention successes, and one that describes the overall burden of tobacco in Oregon.
