<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:14.0pt;font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Last week, the Court of Appeals ruled that the stay on OHA’s non-THC flavored vaping product rules will remain in place. This means that the nicotine flavor ban continues to
be unenforceable and will continue to be for the near future. OHA will be talking with the Department of Justice about next steps and will keep you informed of any updates.

cannabis vaping product rules remain standing and will continue to be enforced.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
