<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">I’m passing on some exciting legislative news, which is that House Bill 2261, an sales ban on the remote sales of inhalant delivery systems, is officially law! You can see the full history of the bill here:

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">The Oregon Department of Justice championed this bill, and OHA was happy to provide data and context on why online sales bans are an important part of limiting youth access to e-cigarettes and other vaping
products. Thanks to all of you who also provided local data and stories – this bill moved remarkably smoothly, even during a complicated legislative session.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
