<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">We are now accepting applications for the
<b>Community Policy Leadership Institute (CPLI). </b>This is an <i>optional</i> learning opportunity.<b>
</b>The<b> </b>Health Promotion and Chronic Disease Prevention (HPCDP) section worked with representatives from 5 Regional Health Equity Coalitions to develop the CPLI, a model for centering equity in local, regional and state policy and decision-making processes.
The purpose of the CPLI is to elevate community wisdom and experience through a facilitated process to co-lead local policy initiatives focused on addressing health disparities and achieving better health outcomes. The practice-based learning opportunity
will support communities to achieve health policy outcomes through a series of seven remote facilitated sessions. For more information about the purpose and goals of the CPLI, please see the attached
