law. As of June 5, 2026, this expands the definition of “tobacco products” to include oral nicotine pouches, nicotine lozenges, and any other product containing nicotine from any source. There will be a minor revision to the rules to align the definitions
with changes to statutory definitions due to the passage of SB 1571. As part of the rule making, the Notice of Proposed Rulemaking<span style="color:red">
