[Heritage] Spring is here. Are you ready?

Spring has arrived in Oregon. Are you ready to spring into action for the next collections emergency at your museum, archive or library?

Emergencies can happy at any time: spring, summer, fall and winter. You can minimize damage and respond successfully if your organization has a disaster plan or a pocket preparedness plan. If you don't have a plan, you could have a blizzard of troubles.

The Oregon Heritage MentorCorps has volunteers ready to help your organization get started with creating a full-size disaster plan or a smaller pocket preparedness plan. Their service is free to you, thanks in part to a grant from the federal Institute of Museum and Library Services.
