deals with change differently. Rather than constantly reacting to change, there are strategies to anticipate and prepare for change both personally and organizationally. Utilizing existing and emerging change management principles and tools, this interactive
workshop will empower and equip participants with a toolkit to develop their own customized approach to change that can be directly applied to the unique needs of their organization moving forward.

<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:12.0pt">The pandemic has changed so much about museum education. As tours and in-person programming were unavailable, we had to reinvent the ways in which we connected and worked with our audiences. Now that we’re emerging
to a place where in-person learning can take place again, we’re still left grappling with how to move forward in a way that reflects all that we’ve learned.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:12.0pt">During this virtual meet up, museum educators will have an opportunity to chat in small groups about welcoming back tour groups, integrating digital learning, recruiting and managing docents, and/or professional

<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:12.0pt">This now annual observation began as Hispanic Heritage Week under President Lyndon Johnson in 1968 and was expanded by President Ronald Reagan in 1988 to cover a 30-day period from September 15 to October 15.
Many Latin American countries celebrate their independence in September, such as Costa Rica, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, and Nicaragua who celebrate on September 15. Additionally, Mexico and Chile celebrate their independence on September 16 and September
18 respectively.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:12.0pt">The official name of the observation is called Hispanic Heritage Month, but many individual and communities with heritage and origins in Latin America (composed of Mexico, Central America, South America, and
the islands of the Caribbean where a romance language is spoken) use other terms to self-identify, including Latino, Latina, Latinx, and Latine. In describing the highlighted resources, we employ the terms utilized by their creators (authors, speakers, or
community partners). <o:p></o:p></p>
