<br>Join CCHS for a special evening of remembrance on the <br>69th
anniversary of the bombing of Pearl Harbor. <br>Stories and memorabilia
of the Greatest Generation on <br>exhibit from 5:30 to 7 p.m.
followed by a military fashion <br>
show. Featured speakers include Oregon Army National Guard <br>Lt. Col.
Alisha Hamel discusses Oregon's role in World War II. Dr. Jackie
Flowers, <br>professor of American history at Clackamas Community <br>College,
also shares personal stories from the college's Oral <br>
History Project, for which World War II veterans are being <br>interviewed.<br><br>The
CCHS program, at 211 Tumwater Drive, Oregon City, also <br>features period music, light refreshments, and a
display of local residents' World War II stories, photos <br>
and memorabilia. The Museum of the Oregon Territory also will <br>be
