  Unfortunately, You are reaching the e-mail address for the Hillsboro, Or. workshop to be held on Sat. the 8th. If you are planning to attend the workshop at Coos Bay on the 10th, you need to e-mail the address following, cbcemetery at att.net. I will tell you though, that Jon Appell is heading for California after Coos Bay and he will be conducting a workshop in Sacramento. I don't know the date or the details, but I can ask him tomorrow and e-mail you tomorrow night. Carol Surrency

      MARSHFIELD PIONEER CEMETERY, COOS BAY

      COOS BAY, OR –
      The Marshfield Pioneer Cemetery is pleased to present an opportunity to learn from noted mason and historic stone conservator Jonathan Appell on Monday, August 10, 2009 beginning at 10 am.  Mr. Appell will be offering a full day workshop on headstone conservation and restoration.  He is the founder of New England Cemetery Services of West Hartford, Connecticut, and a board member of the American Gravestone Society.  Mr. Appell may also be available for additional consultation.  Please contact us in advance to arrange for services.
