HB 2086

Permits Secretary of State to waive requirement that administratively dissolved nonprofit corporation apply for reinstallment within five years from date of dissolution.

Was held due to lack of fiscal impact statement of amendment.

 HB2087

 Prohibits Secretary of State from charging fee to file annual report from nonprofit corporation if purpose of nonprofit corporation as set out in articles of incorporation is to maintain historic cemetery. Requires nonprofit corporation to provide evidence to Secretary of State of nonprofit corporation's purpose and that cemetery is listed with Oregon Commission on Historic Cemeteries.

Moved to the Senate floor with a Do Pass recommendation.
