annual report from nonprofit corporation if purpose of  nonprofit corporation as 
set out in articles of incorporation is to maintain  historic cemetery. 
Requires nonprofit corporation to provide evidence to  Secretary of State of 
nonprofit corporation's purpose and that cemetery is  listed with Oregon 
Commission on Historic Cemeteries.

Has passed the  Senate and will be sent on for the governor's signature!

Kuri,
Am I correct in thinking this really does not affect us since we are not a  
working cemetery?
In other words, do we need to change our Incorporation documents to name  
the cemetery?
