Hi Ernie,
I'll post this this week.

Kuri,
The Volunteer workshop in Burns sounds exciting hopefully we will have
the same near our area. I'm wanting to learn as much about cleaning and
leveling grave markers as possible.
Could you put in the newsletter the following as shown below and please
feel free to change, add, modify what I have:
The Dora Cemetery is having a workparty to clean and level historical
grave markers on August 18th (Saturday) starting at 9 AM with
refreshments and light snacks provided. Dora Cemetery is located 16.5
miles north of Myrtle Point, Oregon taking the Sitkum Lane Road. More
information can be obtained from our web page -
http://doracemetery.coquillevalley.org/
Ernie Krewson on behalf of the Dora Cemetery Association applied for and
received a grant of $ 1,500 from the State of Oregon Historical Cemetery
Program. The success of this program relies on volunteers providing
their valuable time. John Frazer, sexton will be providing a four hour
training session.
As I'm learning more on cleaning and leveling grave markers and apply
for grants I want to use my experience to help other cemeteries.
Take care,
Ernie
