Need to be very careful with head stones as they are made out of so many different materials. Checking with AGS would be a good thing.

Ernie -
On Facebook are some people that I met this summer via the AGS conference and their primary job is preservation, repairing and cleaning stones in the upper New York Region.
Or - go the AGS website and you may find articles or people who may be able to assist you further.
The Facebook site is "Gravestone and Taphophilia."

Kuri,
A member of our cemetery asked me if CLR cleaner mixed with water can be used to clean grave markers? I haven't heard of it and my limited Internet search says it is a household cleaner
Thanks,
Ernie
