We've have a veteran in our cemetery without a grave marker. Have all  
papers but federal government can't locate paperwork as it burned in the St.  
Louis fire. New stone to cost plus installation is this something that would  
qualify?

Grants available for veterans and war memorials  
Oregon Parks and Recreation Department is offering  grants for the 
construction or restoration of veterans and war memorials.  The program is designed 
to help honor Oregon’s soldiers and veterans by  commemorating their service 
to the country.  Details and the application  information are available at

The application deadline is November 8, 2013.
