CEMETERY PRESERVATION AND RESTORATION TRAINING SET IN MERRILL, SEPT. 12

The Klamath County and Merrill Historical Societies, Merrill Cemetery Association and the City of Merrill are sponsoring a preservation and restoration training workshop from 9 a.m. - 3 p.m., Sept. 12 at the Merrill Cemetery, located on the banks of Lost River at the east end of Merrill.  Attendees will learn how to clean stones and restore leaning and collapsed monuments. Parking is available behind St. Augustine's Catholic Church, 905 East Front St., Merrill.
