[Historic Cemeteries]

Using of the word "inflation" is not good idea at all. They (the funeral 
establishment) resist easily.  Use another word to describe the opening 
and closing of gravesite. You can always increase the fee to cover the 
'perpetual care" cost.

Tighten the local cemetery regulations first.
