Are we having fun yet?? For those of you who are asking to have your names removed from the listsmart by replying to the messages you have received, to be successful, you must send a personal message, from your own e-mail address, to:

Kuri.Gill at oregon.gov

We are all getting your request, and the only identification is historiccemeteries. No one can tell what e-mail address to remove!

Frustrating, perhaps, but that is the way it works!

      To Oregon Mortuary and Cemetery Board Licensees, Interested Persons 

      The OMCB previously proposed administrative rule-making to create a continuing education program that, if adopted,  would have gone into effect January 1st, 2015.  Thanks to the participation of all of you, the Board has decided to gather further information, and revise the proposed program based on all your input.  The CE Program is NOT in effect.

      The Board is now  targeting consideration of the revised program at the July 2015 meeting.  In the mean time, we are making revisions and adding requested detail and many changes, will be sending back out to you for review, as well as scheduling additional public hearings so as to develop an effective program proposal.

      Thank you for your comments and participation in this public process.
