Millersburg, Oregon, just northeast of Albany, Oregon

and as it says in message - corner of  Millersburg Road and Woods Road. 
It is located northwest part of Millersburg.

To get there, go from Interstate 5, off at "Millersburg" Exit / Old 
Salem Road NE, go west, until you see the road split into two, south and 
north (same name), go north to Millersburg DR NE, go on it and stay on 
it until you reach the cemetery on south side.

The locals know the way. It's only cemetery in north part of 
Millersburg, The other one which is much bigger is located in south end 
"Willamette Memorial Park".

Commission does not do such thing. It's up to the locals who are 
responsible.

And I remember the nasty stench which came from the Weyerhauser wood 
pulp plant (since torn down.)
