You are all communicating on an open listserv. The purpose of the listserv is to announce information about historic cemeteries, share information and ask each questions about how you care for historic cemeteries.

The listserv is managed by the Oregon Commission on Historic Cemeteries coordinator and we use it to post information and announcements.

Anyone can sign up for the listserv. Anyone can post on the listserv. The initial post to let people know about a cemetery work day is a great use of the listserv. You at also ask about rules, contracts, volunteer management and more. Then other folks can respond with their experience.

Anytime you reply to a listserv email, it will go out to the entire listserv.

I hope that people will continue to use it in the way intended.
